an Excel workbook which has Summary sheet, Pending and Master Sheet. My requirement is below and try to develop a Macro or VB logic for excel • I want to control this workbook from Summary sheet. o Generate Fault Summary – ? I have set logic but if doesn’t give warning if sheet name is exists , so need to add this logic . ? When we press the Fault Report Summary command button then it copy the master sheet with cell “A6” Name and will hide the Master sheet. Again when you select the another Month name then it will generate the sheet for that month name. o Generate Toll System Uptime ? When I select the sheet name and “Week” then Press the “Enter “Command button then it should get the result from that sheet number . Each sheet number has Month detail in B2 Cell. ? If any fault which has OPEN status in all sheets(Jan-13,Feb-13,Mar-13….etc) then it should be come as well as in Pending Sheet which ascending date order. ? When it’s status is changed then it should be moved in that month sheet or nearby fault created date. It status is close then it should not be available in pending sheet as it’s status is Closed. ? Each fault has Reported date and we monitor all fault according reported date. ? When we press the Update Fault Report Summary command button then it should update as above logic. ? Some time we export the Pending fault report , so date calendar should be present in Start and End date to Choose the date. When we press the Export command line then it should export the Pending fault report and able to save in Excel,PDF.

library interposition with dlsym

I'm writing an interposition library to track the usage of some library functions in libc, such as open(), close(), connect(), etc. It works generally well on most of the applications. However, when I try it with PHP, using PHP's MySQL module in particular, none of the function calls to libc inside this module is been tracked (so no connect(), no socket(), etc.). 'strace' told me that the system calls socket(), connect(), etc., took place. Running 'file' on the module and libmysqlclient.so.16.0.0 said that they are all dynamically linked. So it shouldn't be a problem caused by static linkage. What might be the problem? I'm using Fedora 11 64-bit version. Thank you.

I am working on Solaris 10, Sun Studio 11. I am refactoring some old code, and trying to write unit tests for them. My make file looks like: my_model.o:my_model.cc CC -c my_model.cc -I/../../include -library=stlport4 -instances=extern unit_test: unit_test.o my_model.o symbol_dictionary.o CC -o unit_test unit_test.o my_model.o symbol_dictionary.o -I../../include \ -library=stlport4 -instances=extern unit_test.o: unit_test.cc CC -c unit_test.cc -I/../../include -library=stlport4 -instances=extern symbol_dictionary.o: cd ../../test-fixtures && ($MAKE) symbol_dictionary.o mv ../../test-fixtures/symbol_dictionary.o . In the ../../test-fixtures makefile, I have the following target: symbol_dictionary.o: CC -c symbol_dictionary.cc -I/../../include -library=stlport4 -instances=extern I do the instances=extern because I had linking problems before, and this was the recommended solution. The consequence is in each directory that is being compiled, a SunWS_Cache directory is created to store the template instances. This is the long way to get to this question. Is it a standard practice to consolidate object files in a single directory before you link them?

Using Array Variables For FILE_GET_CONTENTS

I have a script all done now and everything has been debugged and it works, except for the last hurdle. This script grabs pertinent information on bank web sites, takes that data and uses it to populate a template and then it's all posted to Wordpress - BUT I get an error because the file_get_contents function fails taking each url from the Array. Expression.Eq("DateCreated", date) Expression.Like("DateCreated", date) Note: The pass in date value will be like this 2010-04-03 00:00:00, The actual date value in the database will be like this 2010-03-13 11:17:16.000 Can anyone let me know how to do this? Is there any standard means in PHP to read the Set-Cookie instructions in an HTTP Response header, without manually parsing it? More specifically, I want to read the value of the ASP.NET_SessionId cookie returned by an ASP.NET Web Service I am consuming. Google App Engine - About how much quota does a single datastore put use?

The latency for a datastore put is about 150ms (http://code.google.com/status/appengine/detail/datastore/2010/03/11#ae-trust-detail-datastore-put-latency). About how much CPUTime is used by a single datastore put with data size of 100 bytes, into an entity that has only 2 columns, and no indexes? I plan to do some testing with this later today to figure it out, but if anyone already knows that would help me out :). Also, does anyone know about how much extra overhead in CPUTime doing this datastore put through the task queue would be? Hello. I'm trying to get rid of unnecessary symbols after decimal seperator of my double value. I'm doing it this way: DecimalFormat format = new DecimalFormat("#.#####"); value = Double.valueOf(format.format(41251.50000000012343)); But when I run this code, it throws: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "41251,5" at sun.misc.FloatingDecimal.readJavaFormatString(FloatingDecimal.java:1224) at java.lang.Double.valueOf(Double.java:447) at ... As I see, Double.valueOf() works great with strings like "11.1", but it chokes on strings like "11,1". How do I work around this? Is there a more elegant way then something like Double.valueOf(format.format(41251.50000000012343).replaceAll(",", ".")); Is there a way to override the default decimal separator value of DecimalFormat class?

javascript date.utc problem

I'm trying to compare 2 dates using javascript. 1 at the end of the month and 1 at the beginning. I need to compare these 2 dates in seconds so I'm using the Date.UTC javascript function. Here's the code: var d = Date.UTC(2010,5,31,23,59,59); document.write(d); var d2 = Date.UTC(2010,6,1,12,20,11); document.write(d2); The output for is: 1278028799000 1277986811000 This is telling me that 1/6/2010 is less than 5/31/2010 in milliseconds. How is that possible? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

Can't get Angular Dart Router to work

How to change the icon in the title bar in R?

I just installed R 2.11.0-x64 onto my Windows 7 Professional machine. With my previous installations of R (2.10.1 32 bit was the most recent) the little icon that appeared in the title bar and in the taskbar at the bottom of windows was the R "R." Now however, the icon almost looks like a small windows Task Manager. I know this isn't a code issue, but it affects me as I flip between windows. Is there a way to put the "R" icon back in there? Would it be an R setting or a Windows setting?

Column.DbType affecting runtime behavior

Hi According to the MSDN docs, the DbType property/attribute of a Column type/element is only used for database creation. Yet, today, when trying to submit data to an IMAGE column on a SQLCE database (not sure if only on CE), I got an exception of 'Data truncated to 8000 bytes'. This was due to the DbType still being defined as VARBINARY(MAX) which SQLCE does not support. Changing the type to IMAGE in the DbType fixes the issue. So what other surprises does Linq2SQL attributes hold in store? Is this a bug or intended? Should I report it to MS? UPDATE After getting the answer from Guffa, I tested it, but it seems for NVARCHAR(10) adding a 11 char length string causes a SQL exception, and not Linq2SQL one. The data was truncated while converting from one data type to another. [ Name of function(if known) = ] A first chance exception of type 'System.Data.SqlServerCe.SqlCeException' occurred in System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll

In the dbase I 've few tables named as aaa_9xxx, aaa_9yyy, aaa_9zzz. I want to find all data with a specified DATE and show it with the TIME ASC. Distance between numpy arrays, columnwise

I have 2 arrays in 2D, where the column vectors are feature vectors. One array is of size F x A, the other of F x B, where A << B. As an example, for A = 2 and F = 3 (B can be anything): arr1 = np.array( [[1, 4], [2, 5], [3, 6]] ) arr2 = np.array( [[1, 4, 7, 10, ..], [2, 5, 8, 11, ..], [3, 6, 9, 12, ..]] ) I want to calculate the distance between arr1 and a fragment of arr2 that is of equal size (in this case, 3x2), for each possible fragment of arr2. The column vectors are independent of each other, so I believe I should calculate the distance between each column vector in arr1 and a collection of column vectors ranging from i to i + A from arr2 and take the sum of these distances (not sure though). Does numpy offer an efficient way of doing this, or will I have to take slices from the second array and, using another loop, calculate the distance between each column vector in arr1 and the corresponding column vector in the slice?

I created a custom LDAP objectClass, but forgot a couple attributes before I added it to my OpenLDAP server. I followed the instructions on this Ubuntu doc page: https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/serverguide/openldap-server.html I am running Ubuntu 12.04. So, how do I add a new MAY attribute to an objectClass that is already applied to the server? Specifically on OpenLDAP, but it would be good to know how for Novell eDirectory as well.

Get the count of A -> B and B->A without duplicates

I have a table like so: index|from | to ------------------ 1 | ABC | DEF 2 | ABC | GHI 3 | ABC | GHI 4 | ABC | JKL 5 | ABC | JKL 6 | ABC | JKL 7 | DEF | ABC 8 | DEF | GHI 9 | DEF | JKL 10 | GHI | ABC 11 | GHI | ABC 12 | GHI | ABC 13 | JKL | DEF And I need to count how the total times between the points (regardless of direction) to get the result: A | B | count ----------------- ABC | DEF | 2 ABC | GHI | 5 ABC | JKL | 3 DEF | GHI | 1 DEF | JKL | 2 So far I can get: SELECT `a`.`from` as `A`, `a`.`to` as `B`, (`a`.`count` + `b`.`count`) as `count` FROM (SELECT `from`, `to`, count(*) as `count` FROM `table` GROUP BY 1,2) `a` LEFT OUTER JOIN (SELECT `from`,`to`, count(*) as `count` FROM `table` GROUP BY 1,2) `b` ON `a`.`from` = `b`.`to` AND `a`.`to` = `b`.`from` But I'm unsure how to remove the A/B swapped duplicates.
